Project Overview
Clinico is a healthcare app designed to streamline the consultation booking process, helping patients schedule appointments quickly while reducing the administrative workload on medical staff.
The goal is to improve patient satisfaction, ensure timely access to care, and support healthcare providers with a smoother scheduling workflow.
The Problem
Many patients experience difficulties when trying to book consultations efficiently. This creates frustration and delays, especially when they need urgent medical attention.
At the same time, hospitals and clinics face administrative burdens such as:
Manual scheduling and rescheduling
High volume of calls and walk-ins
Appointment clashes and missed bookings
Delays in confirming consultations
These issues reduce service quality and slow down access to healthcare.
